Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the Service Operations for solar products across assigned regions. • Oversee channel sales service handling, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. • Develop and execute service strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve performance. • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of service engineers and managers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, vendors, and customers. • Monitor service KPIs, budgets, and compliance with industry regulations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth. Key Requirements • 17–20 years of experience in service operations, preferably in the Solar Energy sector. • Proven leadership experience in managing large teams and multiple service channels. • Strong understanding of channel sales service models. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight timelines. Education • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent. • MBA/PGDM preferred.
