Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP leader to take complete ownership of SAP implementation, optimization, and business process integration at Servotech. The role focuses on end-to-end SAP deployment, stabilization, and transformation into a business-driven execution system. Candidates must have experience in public cloud SAP deployments and proven ability to deliver multi-module SAP solutions in manufacturing/EPC environments.
The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with business acumen to drive SAP as the single source of truth across Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Projects, and Sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. SAP Implementation & Optimization
• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations across modules: FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PS.
• Conduct gap analysis, process redesign, and enforce standardization to minimize customizations.
• Implement and optimize MRP, project systems, and inventory planning functionalities.
2. Cloud & System Management
• Deploy SAP on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, SAP Cloud Platform).
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and integration with other enterprise applications.
3. Business Process Integration
• Align SAP with core business processes: Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce.
• Eliminate manual interventions and parallel systems to ensure SAP serves as the single source of truth.
4. Data Governance & Reporting
• Standardize and maintain master data (material, vendor, customer).
• Implement real-time dashboards and reporting for Finance, Inventory, Sales, and Projects.
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and process approval workflows.
5. Stakeholder & Team Management
• Collaborate with CFO, Process Head, and business leaders to align SAP outcomes with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor internal SAP teams or external consultants for module-specific implementations.
• Drive adoption, accountability, and performance across SAP teams.
Candidate Profile
Education & Certification:
• B.Tech / BE / MCA or equivalent engineering/IT background.
• SAP S/4HANA certification preferred.
Experience:
• 10+ years of SAP implementation experience in manufacturing/EPC or engineering environments.
• Multi-module SAP S/4HANA expertise (FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PS).
• Hands-on experience with SAP public cloud deployment, integration, and reporting.
Technical Skills:
• SAP system configuration, data migration, and system integration.
• MRP, inventory planning, and project systems expertise.
• Reporting and dashboard tools.
