Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for skilled and dedicated operators to join our team in the production of Li-ion batteries. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the production and assembly process, ensuring the smooth and efficient manufacturing of batteries for electric vehicles, energy storage systems, and other applications.
Key Responsibilities:

Assembly Line Operations:
- Perform various tasks related to the assembly of battery components, including cell holder assembly, laser welding, BMS connection, and wire harnessing.
- Ensure high-quality standards during each assembly stage, including cross-checking of parts and sensing wire assembly.

Battery Production:
- Operate machinery for the production and assembly of battery packs.
- Assemble battery components like the cell holder, laser welding of components, and BMS connections.
- Handle manual tasks like loading/unloading cells, cell sorting, and scanning.

Testing & Inspection:
- Conduct BMS testing and final battery pack testing as part of quality control.
- Assist in process inspections (PQC) to verify product quality during production.

Packing & Shipping:
- Laser marking and sticker pasting for final packaging.
- Prepare battery packs for shipping by ensuring proper packing, shrink wrapping, and boxing.

Safety & Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment when necessary.

Collaboration & Communication:
- Coordinate with team members and line leaders for smooth workflow.
- Report any discrepancies or issues encountered during the production process to the supervisor or manager.
Requirements:

Qualification:
- ITI in Electrician or a Diploma in Electrical/Electronics.

Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in a Li-ion battery production environment (preferred experience in 3W/ESS).

Skills:
- Experience in handling assembly and testing equipment related to Li-ion battery production.
- Basic knowledge of laser welding, battery pack testing, and cell grading.
- Ability to work with hand tools and operate machinery.
