Job Description – TRC Engineer (Solar Industry)
Position: TRC Engineer Industry: Solar Experience: 2–4 Years Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics)
Role Summary: Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing solar products at the Technical Repair Center (TRC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and repairing Solar Inverters, PCBs, and SMPS.
- PCB-level fault finding and component replacement.
- Testing products after repair and ensuring quality standards.
- Maintaining repair reports and failure analysis records.
- Coordinating with the service team for technical issue resolution.
- Ensuring minimum TAT and proper spare management.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of solar inverter working.
- PCB troubleshooting and soldering skills.
- Understanding of MOSFET, IGBT, rectifiers, and transformers.
- Hands-on experience with a multimeter and testing tools.
