Role Overview
The HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving initiatives in Talent Management, Organization Development, HR Strategy, and Performance Management. This role requires a strong background in core HRBP practices, excluding recruitment-focused profiles.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with leadership to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as a change agent, supporting organizational transformation initiatives.
- Drive alignment between business priorities and people strategies.
Talent Management & Organization Development
- Identify talent gaps and design succession planning frameworks.
- Lead talent reviews and drive leadership development programs.
- Facilitate employee development and career progression pathways.
- Implement OD interventions to enhance team effectiveness and culture building.
Performance Management
- Manage the Performance Management System (PMS) end-to-end.
- Guide managers and employees on goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback culture.
- Implement frameworks to build a meritocratic and high-performance culture.
Employee Engagement & HR Strategy
- Design and implement engagement programs that drive motivation and retention.
- Monitor employee morale and address workplace challenges proactively.
- Partner with business units to improve employee experience and drive continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute.
- Experience: 4–6 years in core HRBP, Talent Management, OD, and Performance Management (not recruitment/Talent Acquisition).
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience in implementing HR strategy at both corporate and plant/operations level.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mind-set.
