Mandatory Skills
- Experience in Testing & Validation of Solar Grid-Tied (GTI) and Hybrid Inverters
- Hands-on experience in the Solar EPC, Electrical EPC, or Renewable Energy Industry
- Strong understanding of inverter testing, validation, troubleshooting, and reliability testing
- Knowledge of electrical standards and testing procedures

✔ Solar Inverter Testing & Validation (On-grid, Off-grid & Hybrid)
✔ Lithium Battery & BMS Testing
✔ Battery Charger Performance Validation
✔ EV Charger Testing (CCS2 / AC Type-2)
✔ BESS Validation
✔ Communication Protocol Testing (CAN, RS485, RS232 & Modbus)
✔ Environmental & Reliability Testing
✔ RCA, CAPA & Technical Documentation
✔ Compliance with IEC, BIS & AIS Standards
✔ Lithium Battery & BMS Testing
