Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement of TRC materials and channel business requirements.
- Service procurement, AMC management, and vendor onboarding.
- Procurement of installation and commissioning services.
- Rate contract finalization and contract management.
- Repair, maintenance, and support service procurement.
- Coordination with Service, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Procurement planning for after-sales support.
- Cost optimization and vendor/service partner development.
- SLA monitoring and vendor performance evaluation.
Preferred Experience:
- Service procurement and indirect procurement.
- Handling AMC, manpower, logistics, installation, and maintenance service contracts.
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
- Experience in SAP/ERP will be an added advantage.
