Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence for our lithium battery products. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, an established industry network, and a proven track record in developing regional markets within the battery, energy storage, EV, renewable energy, telecom, or industrial sectors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

  • Identify and acquire new customers across industrial, automotive, EV, telecom, renewable energy, UPS, and energy storage sectors.

  • Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, distributors, system integrators, and key accounts.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through market research, lead generation, and customer engagement.

  • Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations with customers.

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic business reports.

  • Coordinate with technical, production, supply chain, and customer support teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead regional sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and dealer development programs.

  • Recruit, mentor, and manage regional sales teams and channel partners where applicable.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with customers.

  • Drive customer retention through regular engagement and after-sales support.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.

  • Travel extensively within the assigned region to meet customers and expand business.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.

  • 10–20 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Lithium Batteries, Energy Storage Systems (ESS), EV Batteries, Industrial Batteries, Power Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related industries.

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of lithium battery technologies, battery management systems (BMS), and energy storage applications.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
