Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review Process flow charts business development.
- Maintain all Servotech process documents.
- Impart Training.
- Analyze Training Need.
- Prepare training programs for team Members.
- Plan Work with peers to come up with possible solutions to solve the problems.
- Check if any process improvement exercise could be undertaken to save costs and resources to improve the quality of the output.
- Suggest alternative or new processes that could replace the existing one (process reengineering capabilities).
- Monitor the process at every stage
- Maintain all tasks as per PSLA.
- Provide solutions that increases efficiency and improve quality
- Review KRA/KPI of reporting members
- Responsible for International business development.
- Responsible for building an efficient Sales & Distribution Network.
- Do Liasioning with CHA and Logistics team.
- Responsible to achieve the Margin Targets.
- Responsible for Key account management
- Develop the Strategic sales plan to grow the sales in the international region.
- Manage sales force to achieve global sales and profit goals.
- Implement all new product launches to achieve all sales objectives
- Represent sales, revenue, expenses reports and realistic forecast to the management team.
- Design online sales/promotional strategies for international sales.
- Coordinate with CHA and Logistics team.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing unit for timely execution of the order.
- Coordinate with customers for timely payment.
- Responsible for Export Documentation.
- Review Planned Vs Actual sales as per target assigned.
- Must be able to analyze the issue(s) related to the products.
- Train sales team using best practices in upselling, customer satisfaction and brand promotion.
- Maintain customer relationship.
- Review daily task assignments of reporting members
- Handover training data to HR team.
- Prepare all contracts with suppliers and distributors in accordance with all state and federal regulations.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Must be aware of international variances in terms of legal issues pertaining to sales.
- Should have knowledge of process related tools and equipment’s Microsoft Office proficiency - especially Excel/Google sheets
- Analytical problem solving abilities
- Good Writing Skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Planning(Plan sales campaign)
- Manage administration, such as orders, contracts and export documents
- Budgeting
- Experience of International market of electronics and Lighting products of the company.
