Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, market share goals, and profitability objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to maximize performance and productivity.
- Establish sales objectives, quotas, and performance metrics for individual sales representatives and teams, and monitor progress towards goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and target accounts to expand the customer base and drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences and provide exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns to support sales efforts and generate leads.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities, threats, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards to track progress and communicate results to senior management.
- Lead negotiations with key accounts, partners, and vendors on pricing, terms, and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer support, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product roadmap, delivery schedules, and customer needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services, build brand awareness, and generate leads.

- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and visit sales territories.
