1) In-time dispatch arrangements from plant / warehouse 2) Transportation route planning 3) Coordination with transport vendor for vehicle placement & delivery tracking 4) Out bound delivery / GRN / STO / PO processing in SAP 5) SOP tracking at warehouse 6) Freight cost comparison & report 7) Transit damage cases settlement & arranging documents 8) SAP modifications 9) Monitoring the loading pattern & improvement plan 10) Coordination with inter-department like sales, production, quality, ppc & stores 11) Transport performance based upon timely vehicle vehicles placement, freight cost, fulfillment ratio etc12) Compliance Management, Transport agreements renewal, insurance policy etc 13) Inventory Audit & Report submission 14) CFA service performance measurement & improvement 15) MIS reports - dispatch MIS, freight report
