If you have experience in EV Charger Technical Support, Engineer Coordination, Route Planning, and Service Operations, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
Position: Technical Coordinator – EV Charger
Location: Rohini, Delhi
Experience: 1–7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide technical support related to EV Chargers
✅ Coordinate with Field & Service Engineers
✅ Provide call support and technical assistance to engineers
✅ Prepare and manage engineers' route plans
✅ Coordinate service calls and engineer visits
✅ Track daily service activities and pending cases
✅ Support troubleshooting and resolution coordination
✅ Ensure smooth communication between customers, engineers, and internal teams
✅ Maintain service coordination and operational updates
🎯 Candidate Requirements:
🔹 1–7 years of relevant experience
🔹 EV Charger experience is mandatory/preferred
🔹 Strong technical understanding and troubleshooting coordination
🔹 Experience in technical support and service coordination
🔹 Good communication and coordination skills
🔹 Ability to manage multiple engineers and service requests
