Project Engineer – SolarDepartment: Solar Projects / EPCEmployment Type: Full-timeLocation: Site-based / Project locations (as assigned)Role OverviewThe Project Engineer – Solar will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, andmonitoring of solar power projects (rooftop and/or utility-scale).Key Responsibilities• Plan and execute solar EPC projects from site mobilization to commissioning.• Coordinate with design, procurement, site, and commissioning teams.• Supervise installation of solar modules, inverters, structures, and electrical systems.• Monitor site activities, quality, safety, and timelines.• Coordinate with vendors and contractors.• Prepare progress reports and maintain documentation.• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover.Qualifications & Experience• Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy.• 2–6 years of experience in solar EPC projects.Technical Skills• Knowledge of solar PV systems, AC/DC systems, and SLDs.• Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel.Behavioral Skills• Good communication and coordination skills.• Willingness to travel to project sites.
