Job Summary
We are looking for a Sr. Service Coordinator to manage service operations, coordinate with service engineers, and handle project-related service activities to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and coordinate the day-to-day activities of service engineers
Allocate service calls, sites, and projects to service engineers
Ensure proper coordination between service engineers, internal teams, and clients
Monitor service schedules, site visits, and project timelines
Handle project service coordination from planning to execution
Track service reports, job cards, and project documentation
Follow up on pending service calls and project closures
Ensure timely resolution of service issues and escalations
Prepare and share service and project status reports with senior
