Job Description
Position: Repair Technician / Engineer
Qualification:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Power Electronics with minimum 2–3 years of experience
OR - ITI / Polytechnic in Electrical, Electronics, or Power Electronics with minimum 4–5 years of experience
Work Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in PCB and SMT board repair
- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic components
- Hands-on experience in board-level troubleshooting and multilayer PCB repair
- Good knowledge of IGBT, MOSFET, Resistor, Transistor, Inductor, Capacitor, SCR, Rectifier, and Diode
- Experience in board level repair and troubleshooting of Inverter, UPS, and Stabilizer boards
- Ability to diagnose faults using testing instruments and repair tools
Highly skilled in soldering, desoldering, and component replacement techniques preferred
