Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely response and resolution, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Register complaints of All Products.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Service, Technical, etc.) for issue resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email handling).
- Problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification:
- Graduate / 12th Pass (depending on company requirement).
- Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in customer support.
