Job Title: Customer Care Executive 

Job Summary: 

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely response and resolution, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 

 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Register complaints of All Products.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Service, Technical, etc.) for issue resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
 Required Skills: 
  • Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email handling).
  • Problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
 Qualification: 
  • Graduate / 12th Pass (depending on company requirement).
  • Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in customer support.
