Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented TRC Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of the Technical Repair Center. The candidate will be responsible for handling service coordination, inventory management, engineer support, and smooth execution of repair and service activities to ensure timely customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily TRC operations and service activities
- Handle inward and outward movement of service materials, spare parts, and repaired items
- Maintain proper inventory records, stock tracking, and stock reconciliation
- Monitor spare parts availability and raise purchase requests as required
- Assign and coordinate tasks with service engineers and technicians
- Track service requests, repairs, and closures within defined TAT
- Maintain documentation for repair reports, warranty claims, and service logs
- Ensure proper dispatch and receipt of materials from sites/customers
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and inventory reports
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams for smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards
- Support audit and stock verification activities
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of inventory management & stock control
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / ERP systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving and team-handling capability
Qualification:
- Graduate / Diploma (Technical or Operations preferred)
- Experience in service coordination, warehouse, or repair center operations is preferred
