Job Description
Location: Rohini, New Delhi Department: IT / Software Development Employment Type: Full-Time Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Developer to design, customize, integrate, and optimize applications across the Zoho One ecosystem to support and scale business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Inventory, Projects, Desk, Flow, and Analytics, along with deep expertise in Deluge scripting, automation, and third-party integrations. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions across Zoho One applications.
- Create custom modules, fields, layouts, reports, and dashboards aligned to business verticals.
- Develop and maintain Deluge scripts for automation, workflows, validations, and integrations.
- Map business requirements into Blueprints, validations, and approval workflows.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using APIs, REST services, webhooks, and Zoho Flow.
- Build and manage Zoho Creator applications, forms, workflows, and business logic.
- Configure Zoho Desk SLAs, escalation matrices, and automation rules.
- Design integrations with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and other ERP systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, data, and integration issues.
- Manage user roles, permissions, data migration, and security controls.
- Stay updated with Zoho platform updates and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Zoho Developer or Zoho One Administrator.
- Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho REST APIs.
- Experience with Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Inventory, Projects, Desk, Flow, and Analytics.
- Knowledge of API integrations, SAP S/4HANA, and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
- Experience with Google Workspace, Google Ads, WhatsApp and SMS integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Zoho Certified Developer or Zoho One Administrator certification.
- Experience with workflow automation, SLA management, and Blueprint optimization.
- Knowledge of data analytics, reporting logic, and database concepts.
