Job Description
Manage installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenanceactivities. Handle critical customer escalations, warranty claims, and service complaints. Train and supervise service engineers, service centers, and channel partners. Monitor SLAs, KPIs, response time, and system uptime. Coordinate with R&D and product teams for root cause analysis and productimprovement. Manage spare parts planning and inventory control. Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
