Job Description – Technical Support (Solar Service) 
Job Title: Technical Support Engineer – Solar Service Department: Service / Technical Support Location: Safiabad, Sonipat (Haryana) / Field Support Experience: 2 – 5 Years Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy 
Job Summary 
We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer – Solar Service to provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and service support for solar products and systems. The role involves supporting customers, service teams, and partners in resolving technical issues related to solar inverters, panels, and related equipment. 
Key Responsibilities 
  • Provide technical support for solar products including inverters, panels, and solar systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation, commissioning, and operational issues.
  • Support field service engineers, dealers, and customers with technical guidance.
  • Assist in remote troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Quality, Production) to resolve product-related issues.
  • Maintain service records, technical reports, and documentation.
  • Provide product training to service teams, dealers, and partners.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
  • Support site visits when required for technical inspection and issue resolution.
Required Skills 
  • Strong knowledge of solar inverters, solar panels, and solar power systems.
  • Understanding of electrical circuits, troubleshooting, and fault analysis.
  • Experience in solar installation and commissioning support.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with customers, dealers, and field service teams.
Preferred Skills 
  • Experience in rooftop solar / solar EPC / inverter service support.
  • Knowledge of remote monitoring systems and solar diagnostics tools.
  • Basic understanding of net metering and solar regulations.
