Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's reach and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure their continued engagement and loyalty.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through indirect channels, aligning with the company's overall sales objectives.
- Provide training, resources, and support to channel partners to help them effectively sell the company's products or services.
- Monitor sales performance of channel partners, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, forecasts, and results.
- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product management, and finance to support channel sales initiatives and address partner needs.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and challenges in the channel sales landscape.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Experience required – 5yrs to 6yrs
- Location – PAN India
- Qualification – Graduate/ MBA
