The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics activities related to after-sales service operations. The role involves coordinating the movement of spare parts, ensuring timely dispatches, maintaining inventory records, and working closely with service engineers, warehouses, transporters, and customers to ensure smooth service execution.

Job Summary
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics activities related to after-sales service operations. The role involves coordinating the movement of spare parts, ensuring timely dispatches, maintaining inventory records, and working closely with service engineers, warehouses, transporters, and customers to ensure smooth service execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate dispatch and delivery of spare parts to service engineers and customer sites.
- Plan and monitor logistics for service requests, installations, and warranty support.
- Coordinate with warehouses to ensure timely material availability and dispatch.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery across locations.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatches, returns, and material movement.
- Process reverse logistics for defective, warranty, and return materials.
- Coordinate with transport vendors and courier partners for cost-effective and timely deliveries.
- Prepare logistics reports, inventory updates, and service dispatch MIS.
- Resolve logistics-related issues and minimize delivery delays.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and documentation requirements.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory management.
- Experience in spare parts management and reverse logistics.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
