- Conduct departmental audits to assess performance, compliance, and efficiency.
- Develop and implement review mechanisms to track departmental and project progress.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret project data to generate meaningful insights and trends.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards for management reporting and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functions to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and dashboards.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
