WE’RE HIRING | REGIONAL SERVICE MANAGER / SERVICE MANAGER
Servotech Renewable Power System Limited is expanding its Service Team and looking for experienced Regional Service Managers / Service Managers to lead service operations across East, West, South & North India.
Position: Regional Service Manager / Service Manager
Job Location: Rohini, Delhi
Regional Responsibility: North | South | East | West
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor regional service operations
• Lead and guide field service teams across assigned regions
• Handle customer complaints, escalations & service issues
• Ensure timely installation, commissioning, maintenance & troubleshooting
• Monitor service TAT, SLA, productivity & team performance
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams & regional stakeholders
• Plan manpower and service resources as per business requirements
• Drive service quality, customer satisfaction & operational efficiency
• Prepare and review service reports, MIS & performance dashboards
We’re Looking For
Strong experience in Service / Field Service Operations
Experience in team handling & regional service management
Strong customer handling & escalation management skills
Willingness to travel across assigned regions
Experience in Solar / EV / Electrical / Renewable Energy will be preferred
Immediate Joiners / Candidates with short notice period preferred
