Job Description
About the Role We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our Service Operations in the Solar division. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the solar industry, proven leadership skills, and a strong background in channel sales service management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Service Operations for solar products across assigned regions.
- Oversee channel sales service handling, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute service strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve performance.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of service engineers and managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, vendors, and customers.
- Monitor service KPIs, budgets, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth.
Key Requirements
- 17–20 years of experience in service operations, preferably in the Solar Energy sector.
- Proven leadership experience in managing large teams and multiple service channels.
- Strong understanding of channel sales service models.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight timelines.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
