Job Description
We are hiring a 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to lead end-to-end recruitment, strategic sourcing, talent mapping, and workforce planning initiatives.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs
Drive strategic sourcing through LinkedIn, referrals, talent mapping, and networking
Build strong talent pipelines for critical and niche positions
Analyze recruitment metrics including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Source Effectiveness, and Offer-to-Joining Ratio
Prepare recruitment dashboards and provide data-driven hiring insights
Enhance candidate experience and stakeholder engagement
Ensure recruitment compliance, ATS management, and process improvements
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫
MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
8–15 years of Talent Acquisition experience
Strong expertise in strategic sourcing and headhunting
Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn recruitment, talent mapping, and HR analytics
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Renewable Energy industries is highly preferred
