Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Channel Sales Management
• Build, develop, and manage the channel partner network for Li-ion batteries.
• Drive sales through distributors, dealers, and regional partners.
• Expand product penetration in North & East India.
• Implement channel development strategies to meet sales targets.
Business Development
• Identify new markets, territories, and channel partners.
• Execute expansion plans aligned with company growth objectives.
• Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends.
Performance & Compliance
• Monitor channel performance, inventory levels, and pricing structures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and market guidelines.
• Provide weekly/monthly sales performance reports and forecasts.
Negotiation & Relationship Management
• Handle commercial negotiations with partners.
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with distributors and dealers.
• Resolve escalations and support field operations.

Experience & Skills (Mandatory)
• 5–12 years of experience in Li-ion battery channel sales.
• Strong distributor & dealer network in North or East India.
• Proven record in revenue growth, territory management, and dealer handling.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
• Background in Li-ion battery, energy storage, EV, or power electronics.
• Experience in high-growth or fast-scaling organizations.
• Strong understanding of channel business models.
