Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing initiatives. This is a team management role where you will drive brand visibility, lead generation, and digital growth strategies for our EV, Solar, and Smart Energy, Sports & Entertainment verticals.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
1. Digital Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan annual and quarterly digital roadmaps for brand and product campaigns.
  • Work closely with leadership to align digital initiatives with overall marketing strategy.
2. Performance Marketing:
  • Drive paid campaigns across Google Ads, Social Media (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X).
  • Monitor ROI and optimize cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic visibility.
3. Content & Social Media:
  • Oversee content calendar creation for all digital channels.
  • Ensure consistent brand tone across platforms.
  • Plan engagement strategies to grow followers and drive conversions.
4. Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track, measure, and report performance of all digital campaigns.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other BI dashboards.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency and user experience.
5. Team Management:
  • Lead a team of digital executives, content creators, and designers.
  • Assign KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and ensure continuous skill development.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative digital team culture.
6. Website & CRM Management:
  • Oversee website SEO, UI/UX improvements, and traffic optimization.
  • Manage CRM integrations and digital lead nurturing processes.
7. Branding & Online Reputation Management (ORM):
  • Maintain strong brand presence across online platforms.
  • Monitor and manage online reviews, customer feedback, and brand reputation.
Key Skills Required:
  • Proven experience in digital strategy, paid ads, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and team mentoring skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, tools, and platforms.
