Job Description
QC / QA Engineer
Qualification:
• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Power Electronics with minimum 2–3 years of experience
OR
• ITI / Polytechnic in Electrical, Electronics, or Power Electronics with minimum 4–5 years of experience
OR
• ITI / Polytechnic in Electrical, Electronics, or Power Electronics with minimum 4–5 years of experience
Work Experience & Skills Required:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance in Electronics, PCB, SMT, Inverter, UPS, or Power Electronics industry
• Good understanding of PCB assembly process, SMT process, and electronic manufacturing standards
• Hands-on experience in inspection and testing of PCB, Inverter, UPS, Stabilizer, and Power Electronics products
• Knowledge of electronic components such as IGBT, MOSFET, Resistor, Capacitor, Diode, SCR, Transformer, and Inductor
• Experience in root cause analysis and failure analysis of electronic boards and products
• Ability to use testing and measuring instruments such as Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Clamp Meter, LCR Meter, and Power Analyzer
• Knowledge of incoming quality inspection (IQC), in-process quality control (IPQC), and final quality inspection (FQC)
• Experience in handling customer complaints, CAPA, and quality documentation preferred
• Understanding of soldering quality standards, IPC standards, and ESD safety practices preferred
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, report preparation, and quality records management

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of electronic products and PCB assemblies
• Ensure product quality as per company standards and customer requirements
• Identify defects, analyze root cause, and coordinate corrective actions with production and R&D teams
• Maintain inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation
• Support continuous improvement activities for reduction of field failures and customer complaints
• Monitor repair qualIndrajeet Pity and workmanship standards during production and service activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process standards during manufacturing and repair activities
• Ensure product quality as per company standards and customer requirements
