Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage customer billing, invoicing, e-Invoicing, e-Way Bills, and billing documentation for our manufacturing operations. The candidate should have experience in GST-compliant billing, ERP/SAP/Tally, and coordination with dispatch, stores, and accounts teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate customer invoices in ERP/SAP/Tally.
- Prepare and manage GST e-Invoices and e-Way Bills.
- Verify Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and dispatch documents before billing.
- Coordinate with the Dispatch, Stores, Sales, and Accounts teams for timely invoice processing.
- Ensure correct HSN codes, GST rates, pricing, and tax calculations.
- Prepare Credit Notes, Debit Notes, and revised invoices whenever required.
- Maintain billing records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Reconcile invoices with dispatch records and customer orders.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing MIS reports.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and support customer queries related to invoices.
- Ensure compliance with GST and company billing policies.
Required Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com or Graduate in Commerce.
- 1–5 years of experience in billing within a manufacturing company.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, ERP, Tally Prime, or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of GST, e-Invoicing, e-Way Bills, Credit/Debit Notes, and invoicing procedures.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
