Service Coordinator

Job Description
- Coordinate installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities for Solar PV systems and EV chargers
- Act as the single point of contact for customer service requests and complaints
- Assign and schedule Field Service Engineers for site visits and breakdown calls
- Track service tickets and ensure timely closure within SLA
- Maintain records of service reports, AMC contracts, and warranty details
- Coordinate with technical, logistics, and spare parts teams for smooth operations
- Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues to management
- Ensure proper documentation of installation and service activities
- Support in AMC renewals and customer retention activities
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for service operations
Key Skills Required:
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Knowledge of Solar EPC projects & EV charging systems
- Ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Basic technical understanding of electrical systems
