Job Description

 
  • Coordinate installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities for Solar PV systems and EV chargers

  • Act as the single point of contact for customer service requests and complaints

  • Assign and schedule Field Service Engineers for site visits and breakdown calls

  • Track service tickets and ensure timely closure within SLA

  • Maintain records of service reports, AMC contracts, and warranty details

  • Coordinate with technical, logistics, and spare parts teams for smooth operations

  • Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues to management

  • Ensure proper documentation of installation and service activities

  • Support in AMC renewals and customer retention activities

  • Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for service operations

 Key Skills Required: 
  • Strong coordination and communication skills

  • Knowledge of Solar EPC projects & EV charging systems

  • Ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting

  • Customer handling and problem-solving skills

  • Basic technical understanding of electrical systems
