A seasoned service leader who has:
β Strong background in Solar, EV, or Renewable Energy
β Led large after-sales/service operations pan-India
β Handled teams of 150+ service engineers, managers & field staff
β Experience in service excellence, SLA management, TAT reduction & customer satisfaction
β Ability to build robust service processes, escalation matrices & service KPIs
β Hands-on exposure to warranty management, AMC models & service automation
π― Key Responsibilities
Lead and scale pan-India after-sales service operations
Drive customer experience, service quality & resolution timelines
Build strong regional service leadership & field teams
Implement process improvements, SOPs & service governance
Collaborate with sales, product & operations teams to close feedback loops
Own service P&L, cost optimization & productivity metrics
