Position Summary:
The Program Manager, Financial Reporting at Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd. plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and comprehensive financial reporting that reflects the company's commitment to sustainable energy solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees and ensures the accuracy and timelines of financial reporting processes, including the preparation of financial statements, sustainability reports, and other relevant disclosures.
- Maintains a strong understanding of renewable energy sector-specific accounting standards, regulatory frameworks, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to informed decision-making.
- Develops and implements robust internal controls and risk management strategies to safeguard the company's financial integrity.
- Stays abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the renewable energy sector.
- Contributes to the development and implementation of financial strategies that support Servotech's growth and sustainability objectives.
- Prepares financial projections, budgets, and variance analyses, providing insights into the company's financial performance.
- Supports the development and implementation of project finance initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and investor requirements.
- Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance financial reporting processes and systems.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, project finance, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial reporting, preferably within the renewable energy industry.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., MBA, CPA, CFA) are highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB).
- Familiarity with renewable energy project development and financing.
