Project Head – Renewable EPC (Solar / EV / Power Infra)Location: Delhi NCR / Pan India Reports to: Managing Director / CEORole PurposeTo lead end-to-end execution of Servotech’s renewable energy Projects portfolio (~n300 Cr approxannually) and build a disciplined, scalable project delivery engine that protects margins, timelinesand reputation.This role is accountable for on-time, on-budget, high-quality project delivery across India.Business Outcomes This Role OwnsThe Project Head will:Deliver 90–95% projects on timeKeep cost overruns <2–3%Reduce LDs, penalties & reworkImprove gross margins through execution disciplineBuild a strong bench of Project Managers & Site HeadsKey Responsibilities1. Project Execution LeadershipOwn all projects from:LOIMobilizationExecutionCommissioningHandoverCreate clear execution plans, site strategies and schedulesReview weekly & monthly project performance2.
