Role Summary:
This role is responsible for driving a measurable high-performance culture across the organization, not just managing PMS cycles. The incumbent will own the design, execution, tracking, and enforcement of performance systems, ensuring that performance is visible, measurable, and acted upon.
This is a hands-on, outcome-driven role focused on accountability, performance correction, and business impact, not HR facilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance System Ownership
- Ensure 100% role-wise KRA/KPI coverage across the organization
- Drive implementation of clear, measurable, and business-aligned KRAs
- Eliminate vague goal setting and subjectivity in performance evaluation
2. Performance Governance & Review Discipline
- Ensure 100% adherence to monthly and quarterly review cycles
- Drive closure of all reviews within defined timelines
- Build a performance review culture with strict accountability from HODs
3. Performance Visibility (Dashboards & MIS)
- Create and maintain real-time performance dashboards
- Provide visibility on target vs actual performance, underperformers, and high performers
- Enable insight-driven decision making
4. Underperformance Management
- Identify bottom performers proactively using data
- Ensure 100% PIP implementation for identified cases
- Drive closure of PIPs with clear outcomes (improvement or exit)
- Reduce tolerance for prolonged underperformance
5. Performance Culture Building
- Drive a shift from activity-based work to outcome-based performance
- Ensure performance conversations happen at all levels
- Partner with business leaders to enforce accountability
6. Rewards & Performance Linkage
- Design and implement performance-linked R&R frameworks
- Ensure differentiation between high, average, and low performers
- Align rewards with measurable outcomes
7. Talent Identification & Pipeline
- Identify top performers and critical talent pools
- Support succession planning through data-backed insights
- Build visibility on future leaders
Key Requirements
- MBA in HR (Mandatory)
- 8–10 years of experience in PMS / HR Analytics / HR Strategy
- Hands-on experience in PMS implementation
- Strong Excel and data analytics skills
- Experience in manufacturing / EPC / EV / renewable sectors preferred
- Willingness to work in a 6-day working environment
