Job Title: Business Development Manager – Special Projects
Department: Sales & Business Development Location: Rohini, Delhi (Extensive Pan-India Travel Required) Salary Range: ₹8 – 12 LPA Reporting To: Head – Sales & Special Projects
Role Overview:
Servotech is looking for a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Manager – Special Projects to lead strategic business initiatives, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth across regions. The role demands excellent communication, client engagement, and presentation skills, along with the flexibility to travel extensively across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development and manage existing key accounts under special projects.
- Identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and develop strong client relationships.
- Represent Servotech in client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the special projects vertical.
- Travel extensively pan-India to manage client engagements and expand business presence.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably handling large or strategic accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to build long-term client relationships and drive high-value deals.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
