Role Title: AI & Automation Manager / AI Business Partner
Role Objective (Why this role exists)
To embed Artificial Intelligence, automation, and data-driven decision-making into the department’s daily operations, improving speed, accuracy, cost efficiency, and scalability, aligned with Servotech’s FY2027 growth roadmap.
This role is not academic AI — it is business-first, execution-driven AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities (Common across All Departments)
1. Act as the AI owner for the department
2. Identify high-impact use cases for AI, ML, GenAI, RPA, and analytics
3. Translate business problems into AI-driven workflows
4. Drive AI adoption by the team (non-tech users)
5. Automate repetitive, manual, and error-prone processes
6. Build / manage: AI agents | Chatbots | Predictive dashboards | Document intelligence (OCR, NLP)
7. Reduce dependency on manual trackers and emails
8. Build department-level: Predictive models | KPI dashboards | Early warning systems
9. Ensure real-time visibility for leadership
10. Improve forecasting, planning, and risk detection
11. AI Tooling & Tech Stack Ownership: Work with tools like: ChatGPT / Copilot / Gemini | Power BI / Tableau | Python / SQL | Low-code tools (Zapier, Power Automate, UiPath, etc.)
12. Integrate AI with: ERP / HRMS / CRM | Google Sheets / Excel
13. Governance, Security & Accuracy: Ensure data quality, access control, and compliance | Validate AI outputs before business deployment | Maintain SOPs and documentation for AI workflows
Experience & Profile
1. 2 – 4 years’ experience in: AI / Analytics / Automation OR domain role with strong AI implementation exposure
2. Background could be: AI Engineer with business exposure | Business Analyst with strong AI skills | Domain SME who has built AI solutions
