Job Description: Manager – Performance Management & Talent Excellence
Location : Rohini, New Delhi
Department : HR
Reporting To : Head – HR & Admin
Role Objective
To design, implement, and drive a high-performance culture by owning the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS), including KRAs/KPIs, performance tracking, PIPs, and performance analytics. The role requires a hands-on, execution-focused professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement KRA/KPI frameworks across functions ·
- Drive monthly and quarterly performance reviews ·
- Build and manage performance dashboards (MIS) ·
- Track target vs actuals and provide insights ·
- Identify underperformers and implement PIPs ·
- Work closely with HODs to ensure accountability ·
- Design performance-linked R&R programs ·
- Design and implement SOPs, reporting formats, and performance processes ·
- Support talent identification and succession planning
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- % roles with defined KRAs/KPIs ·
- Timeliness of performance reviews ·
- Quality of performance dashboards ·
- PIP success rate and closure outcomes ·
- Reduction in underperformance ·
- Leadership satisfaction on performance visibility
Qualifications
- MBA in HR (Mandatory) ·
- Willingness to work in a 6-day working week environment ·
- Tech-savvy with strong understanding of HR systems, Excel, and reporting tools
Experience
- 4–10 years in Performance Management / HR Analytics / HR Strategy ·
- Hands-on experience in PMS implementation (not just facilitation) ·
- Preferably from manufacturing / EPC / Infra / EV / Renewable setup
