Job Description: Manager – Performance Management & Talent Excellence

Location :  Rohini, New Delhi 
Department :  HR 
Reporting To :  Head – HR & Admin 

Role Objective
To design, implement, and drive a high-performance culture by owning the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS), including KRAs/KPIs, performance tracking, PIPs, and performance analytics. The role requires a hands-on, execution-focused professional. 

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement KRA/KPI frameworks across functions ·       
  2. Drive monthly and quarterly performance reviews ·       
  3. Build and manage performance dashboards (MIS) ·      
  4. Track target vs actuals and provide insights ·      
  5. Identify underperformers and implement PIPs ·       
  6. Work closely with HODs to ensure accountability ·      
  7. Design performance-linked R&R programs ·      
  8.  Design and implement SOPs, reporting formats, and performance processes ·       
  9. Support talent identification and succession planning 
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  1.  % roles with defined KRAs/KPIs ·       
  2. Timeliness of performance reviews ·       
  3. Quality of performance dashboards ·       
  4. PIP success rate and closure outcomes ·       
  5. Reduction in underperformance ·       
  6. Leadership satisfaction on performance visibility 
Qualifications
  1. MBA in HR (Mandatory) ·       
  2. Willingness to work in a 6-day working week environment ·       
  3. Tech-savvy with strong understanding of HR systems, Excel, and reporting tools 
Experience
  1. 4–10 years in Performance Management / HR Analytics / HR Strategy ·       
  2. Hands-on experience in PMS implementation (not just facilitation) ·       
  3. Preferably from manufacturing / EPC / Infra / EV / Renewable setup 
Skills
  1. Strong Excel and data analysis ·       
  2. KRA/KPI design and tracking ·      
  3. PIP management ·       
  4. Stakeholder management ·       
  5. Process design and SOP development ·       
  6. Execution focus and ownership
