Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented AM Sales (Female candidates) who will be responsible for driving new business development. The role involves working on leads generated through digital campaigns and marketing activities, understanding customer requirements, presenting solutions, and coordinating with Regional Sales Managers to ensure smooth deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on leads assigned through digital marketing campaigns and other marketing activities.
- Understand customer needs, pain points, and requirements to present the right product solution.
- Conduct initial product pitching and build interest with prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings/demos for Regional Sales Managers with qualified leads.
- Maintain continuous follow-ups with prospects post-meetings to drive deal progression.
- Assist in the closure of deals in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager.
- Handover successfully closed accounts to the Customer Relationship & Retention (CRR) Team for onboarding and relationship management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve individual targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and nurture customer relationships.
- Comfortable with lead follow-ups and handling multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
