Job Description
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various business verticals, ensuring timely closure of positions.
- Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting techniques.
- Develop a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Screening & Selection:
- Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
- Facilitate the negotiation and offer process, ensuring alignment with company policies.
Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, job consultants, and external hiring partners.
Process & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and documentation standards.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Servotech’s market presence.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
- Experience: 3-6 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, EV, or related sectors.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn recruiting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple hiring priorities
