Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert quality leads
Conduct outbound calling and sales prospecting
B2B & B2C Sales
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Schedule meetings, product demos, and client presentations
Follow-ups and lead nurturing through CRM
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Contribute to revenue growth and business expansion
What We're Looking For
Strong experience in Tele Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales
Proven experience in lead generation and sales conversion
Ability to handle outbound calls and achieve targets
Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, LeadSquared, etc.) preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong market research and analytical abilities
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Preferred Candidate Profile
Should be able to explain:
Daily call volume and lead conversion ratio
Outbound vs inbound sales experience
CRM usage and follow-up process
Handling customer objections effectively
Experience in B2B and B2C sales environments
Candidates with demonstrated telesales, lead generation, CRM handling, and sales conversion experience are highly preferred.
